The head of the TFR will report on the lack of heating in houses on Stoletov in Volgograd
Volgograd residents complain about the lack of heating with full payment of utilities.
Residents of apartment buildings on Stoletov Avenue in the Krasnoarmeysky district of Volgograd appealed to the Chairman of the Investigative Committee of Russia Alexander Bastrykin. The reason was the lack of heating from the beginning of the season. At the same time, Volgograd residents continue to receive receipts with full payment for the unprovided service. Small children are forced to live in low temperatures. Appeals of citizens to authorized bodies did not lead to a solution of the problem.
On this fact, the investigative bodies of the Volgograd region organized a procedural inspection under Article 238 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation (provision of services that do not meet security requirements). Alexander Bastrykin instructed the head of the regional department of the Investigative Committee Vasily Semenov to submit a detailed report on the progress of the inspection and the established circumstances.
