The first incident occurred on 30 km of the road R-13 "Kletsk - Sinyavka - Gantsevichi - Luninets". A 36-year-old local resident, driving a Ford car, overtaken the vehicle in the presence of road markings 1.1. Before performing the maneuver, she was not convinced of its safety, as a result of which she created an obstacle to traffic, which led to the creation of an emergency situation.
The second incident occurred on 25 km of the same road. The woman again overtaken the vehicle with road markings 1.1.
In respect of the violator, protocols were drawn up under Part 9 of Article 18.13 and Part 12 of Article 18.13 of the Administrative Code of the Republic of Belarus. For committed violations, the driver of the FORD car was brought to administrative responsibility: a fine of 11 basic values with deprivation of the right to drive for 10 months.
