A local resident was convicted of re-driving a car while intoxicated.
The Prosecutor’s office of Sukhinichsky district supported the state prosecution in a criminal case against a 38-year-old drink-driving lover.
In July, the accused was stopped by traffic police.
During the medical examination, the state of alcoholic intoxication of the driver was established.
Previously, Sukhinichanin has already been brought to administrative responsibility for committing a similar offense.
The court agreed with the position of the public prosecutor and imposed a sentence of 280 hours of compulsory labor.

The Hyundai Accent has been confiscated to the state.
