Procedural inspection is organized by the Main Investigation Department of the Investigative Committee of Russia in the city of Moscow. The reason was the information heard on the air of the legal program of one of the federal channels that the metropolitan tutor during training sessions repeatedly committed illegal actions against his students.
The head of the capital GSU Dmitry Belyaev was instructed to submit a report on the progress of the inspection and on the arguments set out in the TV story. The corresponding instruction was given by the chairman of the Investigative Committee of Russia, the press service of the Investigative Committee of the Russian Federation reports.
During the inspection, investigators will establish the circumstances voiced in the report and give them a legal assessment. The execution of the order is controlled by the central office of the department.
