Israeli tourist missing in Kamchatka

The Main Directorate of the Ministry of Emergency Situations of Russia in the Kamchatka Territory reported that rescuers are examining the route of a tourist from Israel, who did not get in touch after completing the campaign.

In the evening of September 20, the tourist registered in the Ministry of Emergency Situations did not contact the established deadline and did not inform about the completion of the route. According to rescuers, the man made a hike along the route Gorely volcano - Mutnovsky volcano - Mutnovsky Geoelectric Power Plant.

On the night of September 21, employees of the Kamchatka rescue center of the Russian Emergencies Ministry moved to the area of the accident.

Recall that on September 14, a tourist who disappeared in the area of the Platsky Tolbachik volcano in Kamchatka was found alive. The man went missing on September 13 while walking alone near another group. Participants of the campaign lost sight of him and tried to independently establish the location of the man, but without success.

Earlier it was reported that the Russian tourist died under strange circumstances in a Turkish hotel.
