Employees of drug control of Vitebsk region with the support of riot police detained a 41-year-old resident of Mogilev region. This was reported in the interior Ministry, writes sb.by.

The defendant brought from a neighboring country a batch of banned substances for subsequent distribution through bookmarks in the Minsk region. In his car found and seized about 4 kg of marijuana.

Investigators opened a criminal case for illegal drug trafficking for the purpose of sale. The detainee faces up to 15 years in prison.
