Cafe on Lenin Avenue in Volgograd closed for 15 days for lack of KCT
In Volgograd, bailiffs sealed the cafe on the Avenue named after V. I. Lenin, 54B/4, suspending its work for 15 days.

According to the regional management of the FSSP, the reason for the closure of the institution was a violation of cash discipline. During the inspection, the tax service found that the individual entrepreneur accepted payment from visitors without using cash registers. The court found the businessman guilty under Part 3 of Art. 14.5 of the Administrative Code of the Russian Federation and imposed a punishment in the form of administrative suspension of activities.
A bailiff went to the place, which initiated enforcement proceedings, sealed the entrance to the premises and equipment, and officially warned the owner of responsibility for premature resumption of work. Currently, the bailiffs monitor the execution of the court decision.
