Employees of the Criminal Investigation Department of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia in the Kolpashevsky district, together with colleagues from the Criminal Investigation Department of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia in the Tomsk region, identified a suspect in a particularly serious crime
The police station of Kolpashevsky district received a message from a 34-year-old local resident. The man said that he was at home with a friend, they used prohibited substances. At some point, the friend became ill: he fell to the floor and began to choke. The owner of the apartment called an ambulance, but doctors stated the death of the man.
A detailed study of the circumstances and forensic examinations showed that the death of the victim is criminal in nature. The polygraph test denied the only witness. The man admitted to the operatives that he strangled a comrade with a belt from a bag.
Operational and investigative actions are being carried out to establish all the circumstances of the incident.
