Kostroma teenager received a traumatic brain injury, riding under shafé on a moped

Kostroma State Traffic Inspectorate reports about an accident with serious consequences, which occurred late in the evening of October 11 in Kologriv on Naberezhnaya Street. There, a 17-year-old teenager who decided to ride a moped, being in a state of alcoholic intoxication, failed to manage his vehicle and fell from the carriageway into a ditch. At the same time, the pod tipped over, and the teenager received a severe traumatic brain injury, but managed to stand up on his feet after the accident and got to the hospital on the same moped, where he sought medical help. The check on the fact of an accident, conducted by the State Traffic Inspectorate, is controlled by the district prosecutor's office.
