Crimeans told how to build friendly relations after 30 years

After 30 years, making friends is more difficult than in your youth, so it is important to take initiative and be in an environment where new acquaintances can arise. This was told by psychologist Elena Kayurova, reports NEWS.ru.
After 30 years, it becomes more difficult to make a friend. In kindergarten, school and university, people are constantly close to the same people, see each other every day, experience events together and gradually get closer.
In adulthood, such a natural environment shrinks, and family, children and everyday life take up time. Friendships take time and regularity, and new friendships take time.
Kayurova emphasizes that it is important for an adult not so much to look for a friend as to be in an environment where relationships can arise. These can be sports, training, professional communities, hobbies. At the same time, you will have to take the initiative: offer to drink coffee, write after the meeting, call somewhere else.
The psychologist also notes that by the age of 30-40, the experience of disappointment accumulates, which makes people more cautious in choosing new acquaintances. Do not expect an instant feeling of a soul mate. Mature friendships are usually formed more slowly, requiring regular meetings and mutual interest.
