A resident of Pervomaysky district lost two land plots due to refusal to repay the debt to a friend. This was reported in the press service of the GUFSSP of Russia for the Republic of Crimea and Sevastopol.
As told in the department, the woman took a loan from a friend of 4 million 796 thousand rubles secured by two land plots and did not return the money, because of which the lender appealed to the court that foreclosed on the pledged property. The debtor continued to evade payment, so the bailiff of the department in Pervomaisky district initiated enforcement proceedings, arrested bank accounts, imposed a ban on registration actions with pledged property and temporarily limited travel abroad.
Payment never followed, after which the bailiff arrested the land and warned the woman about their subsequent evaluation and sale. Since the plots could not be sold at the auction, they were offered to the collector in repayment of the debt. The enforcement proceedings are completed with actual execution.
