In Dzhankoy district, the court sentenced a local resident who stored unmarked nicotine-containing products worth more than 9 million rubles. This was reported in the Prosecutor’s office of the Republic of Crimea.
According to the agency, the woman bought liquids for electronic systems and cartridges for steam generators without excise stamps at a reduced price and kept them for subsequent sale, and police officers seized these products.
The court appointed her 3 years of suspended imprisonment with a probation period of 1 year, as well as a fine of 250 thousand rubles. The sentence has not yet entered into force.
Earlier it was reported that in Feodosia, the court found a local resident guilty of possession of counterfeit liquids and vape cartridges.
In addition, a resident of Simferopol was found guilty of illegal possession of a large batch of tobacco products without excise stamps in the amount of more than 13 million rubles.
