In Feodosia, the construction company repaid a debt for water supply in the amount of 1.1 million rubles after the directors warned about criminal liability. This was reported in the press service of the GUFSSP of Russia for the Republic of Crimea and Sevastopol.
The company has not paid for water for a long time. The court ordered her to repay the debt, but the management was in no hurry. The bailiffs arrested the company’s accounts, banned changes to the USRLE and warned the director about Article 315 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation.
Fearing criminal punishment, the management paid the debt in full.
