Police in Galich identified the thief of building materials.

The head of the construction company appealed to the duty unit, who discovered the loss of 46 sheets of roofing iron with a total cost of more than 130 thousand rubles from the facility under construction in the district center.

The operatives established that a handyman of the same organization born in 1980 was involved in the theft.

A citizen was called in for a poll. He explained that he decided to carry out repairs at his homestead at the expense of the enterprise. During October, he gradually deposited sheets of iron from a common pack, and then, under cover of night, took them out of the construction site on a tractor cart, hiding them in the forest. The shortage was revealed when the brigade began roofing.

The stolen property was seized and attached to the case.
