Kuryanka paid 1 million rubles to the parents of the teenager who died in an accident
In the Kursk region, bailiffs have recovered a large amount of compensation for moral damage from a woman who killed a minor motorcyclist

In the Kursk region, bailiffs obtained a large amount of compensation for moral damage from a woman who killed a minor motorcyclist. The total amount of payments, including the executive fee, amounted to more than 1 million rubles.
The fatal accident occurred at an unregulated intersection. Driving the car, the chicken did not give way to the motorcycle, which led to a collision. As a result of the accident, a teenager who was driving a two-wheeled vehicle received injuries incompatible with life, and died at the scene, the FSPP of Russia for the Kursk region said.
The court found the woman guilty of committing a crime under Part 3 of Art. 264 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation (a traffic violation that resulted in the death of a person by negligence). She was sentenced to two years in prison in a colony-settlement with deprivation of rights for a similar term.
However, the execution of the main punishment was postponed until the age of 14 by her own child. In addition, the court decided to recover from the convicted in favor of the mother and father of the deceased young man 500 thousand rubles each as compensation for moral damage.
The execution sheets were received by the bailiffs' office in the Oboyansky, Medvensky and Pristensky districts. The debtor was notified of the initiation of proceedings through the portal “State Services”, but she did not take action to repay the debt.
In response to the inaction, the bailiffs applied a set of coercive measures. A ban on registration actions with property was imposed, bank accounts were arrested, a decree was issued on the recovery of the executive fee (120,000 rubles), and the right to travel outside the country was limited.
Only after the imposition of these sanctions did the woman find funds. She fully repaid the debt to the parents of the deceased, transferring 1 million rubles, and also paid the executive fee.
