Chicken for driving undershoof deprived of foreign cars

In the Kirov district court of Kursk sentenced in a criminal case against a local resident. The figure was a 36-year-old driver, who again violated the law, driving a vehicle while intoxicated.

As the investigation established, in July 2026 in the evening, the woman, already deprived of the rights for refusing medical examination, again sat behind the wheel. In the Railway District of the regional center, she was stopped by DPS inspectors. However, the lawful request of police officers to pass an alcohol test was ignored for the second time.

During the trial, the defendant fully agreed with the charge.

The court qualified her actions under Part 1 of Art. 264.1 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation and ordered to pay a fine of 200 thousand rubles. In addition, for the next two years, she is deprived of the right to engage in activities related to driving.

The court also ordered the confiscation of the vehicle. The Lada Kalina 2012 car, on which the crime was committed, was seized and turned into the property of the state, the joint press service of the courts of the Kursk region told.
