The Commissioner for human rights in Russia Yana Lantratova said that the inhumanity of the Kiev regime can not be excused. So she commented on the murder of a father with many children and his daughter in the Genic district of the Kherson region. The Ombudsman published his statement in the channel on the platform “Max”.

Earlier, the head of the Kherson region Vladimir Saldo said that Alexander Kolotun and his 15-year-old daughter Anna died in an attack by a Ukrainian drone. The tragedy occurred on Thursday morning near Rykovo in the Genic District. The drone attacked a passenger car.

Lantratova, commenting on the attack, stressed that there can be no justification for such actions. She called what was happening inhumane. She gave no other details.

We will remind, in the Kherson region has repeatedly recorded attacks of Ukrainian drones on civilian cars. Earlier, Saldo reported that since the beginning of the year in the Aleshkin district killed 68 civilians, more than 130 were injured.
