The North-Western Department of Rostekhnadzor warned SPb GKU "LENVODHOZ" for the break of concrete on the dam. Information about this was posted on the website of the Prosecutor General's Office.

The list of violations also included damage to the bank protection and concrete, sliding of the soil at the spillway, the absence of signs and the appearance of tree and shrub vegetation at the facility. Back in 2025, the court officially ordered the institution to make repairs, but it did not fulfill its obligations.

Igor Aleksandrovich Klavdiev is now the legally responsible person in St. Petersburg State Institution "Lenvodkhoz". He holds the position of Interim Director.
