Logists at the suit of the Prosecutor’s office compensated damage to the animal world in the Kazachinsko-Lena district

In the Kazachinsko-Lensky district on the claim of the Prosecutor’s office from loggers recovered damage to the animal world in the amount of eight million rubles. This is reported by the press service of the supervisory authority.

Commercial companies were harvesting timber in areas that were hunting grounds. The damage to the animal world exceeded eight million rubles. The prosecutor’s office filed lawsuits with the requirement to recover from forest users the entire amount of damage.

The court fully satisfied the prosecutor's demands. The execution of court decisions will be monitored by the supervisory authority.
