Magnitogorets made a 14-year-old teenager drug depositor

A criminal case against a 20-year-old young man is referred to the court for consideration. This was reported in the Prosecutor’s office of the Chelyabinsk region.

A resident of Magnitogorsk became accused in a criminal case under several articles: “attempted illegal sale of narcotic drugs”, “illegal acquisition, possession of narcotic drugs” and “involving a minor in the commission of a crime”.

All this happened from February to June 2026. According to investigators, a 20-year-old Magnitogorsk man suffering from drug addiction involved a 14-year-old acquaintance in the drug business, as he knew that the teenager had not yet reached the age of criminal responsibility. He promised her to pay 450 rubles for each bookmark made. In addition, the girl at his direction corresponded in the messenger with curators, where she was sent the addresses of the parties. And she was directly leaving banned substances in hiding. She also ordered drugs for the personal use of Magnitogorsk.

During the investigation, the accused fully admitted guilt. Now the punishment for him will be imposed by the Leninsky District Court. The regional prosecutor’s office noted that the teenage drug-layer, since he has not yet reached the age of criminal responsibility, will be in the Temporary Detention Center for juvenile offenders for committing a socially dangerous act.
