The accident occurred in August 2025. 17-year-old motorcyclist without license plates did not give way to the car during the rebuilding. The car suffered serious damage. The motorcycle had no insurance.
The owner of the car filed a lawsuit. The examination estimated the repair at 149 200 rubles. Since the young man has no income and property, his mother became a co-defendant.
The court partially satisfied the claim and recovered from both 149 thousand rubles, as well as legal costs. The court did not find grounds for compensation for moral damage.
