Earlier convicted for cruelty to animals 26-year-old Minsk again attracted the attention of law enforcement officers. Metropolitan police began checking after the discovery of suspicious messages in the Network, reports the correspondent of the agency “Minsk-Novosti” with reference to the Telegram channel “Minsk Police”.

Information about the alleged animal police revealed during monitoring on the Internet. It was reported about a 26-year-old resident of the capital. In 2022, he was convicted of animal cruelty.

Law enforcement officers conducted an inspection, according to which it was established that for some time the man was outside Minsk. The information that the man took the animal from a volunteer has not been confirmed.

The police urge citizens not to spread rumors and not to give in to panic. Those who are reliably aware of the offenses committed by the Minsk citizen are asked to report this to the operational-duty service of the police department or by phone 102.
