Minchanin grew drug-containing plants in the country and became a defendant in a criminal case

Employees of the drug control of the Frunze police department detained a 57-year-old Minsk resident, who in the country house equipped a room for growing drug-containing plants. This was reported in the press service of the Mingory Executive Committee, writes sb.by.

During the inspection of the country house, operatives found and seized two pots with plants of the genus Cannabis, containers with fertilizers and devices for growing. There, as well as with themselves and in the capital apartment of the defendant, the operatives seized more than a kilogram of ready-to-use marijuana, which was stored in glass jars.

It is known that the man is a consumer of prohibited substances and, according to him, he grew drug-containing plants exclusively for himself. The detainee purchased cannabis seeds in a drug store.

A criminal case has been opened. A check is being carried out on the involvement of the defendant in the distribution of drugs.
