Employees of drug control detained a Minsk resident who grew two plants of the genus Sannabis on a garden plot in Molodechno district. Also in his apartment on the street. Brilevskaya was found ready to use marijuana weighing 20.79 g.
A criminal case was opened against the man under two articles of the Criminal Code.
- The accused was not previously brought to criminal responsibility, commented Deputy Prosecutor of the Oktyabrsky district Yuri Sovlovets. He was charged with committing crimes under Part 1 of Art. 328 of the Criminal Code (“Illegal trafficking of narcotic drugs, psychotropic substances, their precursors and analogues”) and Part 1 of Art. 329 of the Criminal Code (“Illegal sowing and (or) cultivation of plants or mushrooms containing narcotic drugs or psychotropic substances”). A preventive measure in the form of a prohibition of certain actions was applied against the accused.
