Refusing to get out of the car, he forced police officers to break the glass to remove it and handcuff it.

The survey showed 0.590 mg / l of alcohol. In court, the guy claimed that he was just sitting in an unwinded car, and alcohol was “pumped in his mouth.”.

The magistrate took into account the defiant behavior of the defendant, his refusal to medical examination, as well as the fact that he does not study, does not work and has previously been repeatedly brought to administrative responsibility for traffic violations.

The court for two years deprived him of his driving license and imposed a fine of 45 thousand rubles.
