Fraudsters came up with a new scheme: pensioners are promised payments from the FSZN by October 1

Over the past week, 35 cybercrimes were recorded in the Mogilev region - trusting citizens lost about 90 thousand rubles. This was reported to the police.
Thanks to timely prevention, it was possible to save more than 11 thousand rubles of a resident of Bobruisk, who was already under the influence of intruders.
Scammers continue to use proven schemes, playing on fear:
- 1.call on behalf of banks, police or tax authorities;
- 2.threaten to confiscate allegedly “undeclared” money;
- 3.they want to transfer their savings to a safe account.
On the eve of the Day of the Elderly Person (October 1), a surge of calls on behalf of the FSZN is expected. Fraudsters can promise pensioners holiday payments and under this pretext to lure personal data or codes from SMS.
