The accident occurred on October 9 at 19.45, in the Central district of the regional center on Nevskaya Street near the house No. 7 "a". According to the information provided by the regional department of the Ministry of Internal Affairs, the 21-year-old driver, driving a Renault Megan car, when changing from the third row to the far left, did not give an advantage in driving another road participant. This caused a collision with the Yamaha motorcycle.

As a result of the road accident, the motorcycle driver suffered injuries that were incompatible with life. He died in hospital.
