In Kuban fined the head of a rural settlement for violations in procurement

The head of a rural settlement in the Kurganinsky district was fined for violating the terms of placement of the procurement plan.

The prosecutor’s office of the Kurganinsky district revealed a violation of the legislation on the contract system in the field of procurement in the work of the administration of one of the rural settlements.

During the inspection, the supervisory authority established that the procurement schedule formed during the planning of the financial and economic activities of the institution was approved and published late on the Internet - this contradicts the requirements of the current legislation.

Although the document itself was prepared, the key problem was the failure to meet the deadlines for its placement in a single information system. According to the prosecutor's office, such a violation directly affects the transparency of procurement activities and deprives potential suppliers of the opportunity to timely familiarize themselves with the plans of the municipality.

On this fact, the prosecutor's office opened a case under part 1 of article 7.30.1 of the administrative code of the Russian Federation - it provides for liability for non-compliance with the order and timing of placing information and documents in official registers. After considering the case materials, the official was found guilty and imposed an administrative penalty: a fine of 5 thousand rubles, the press service of the Prosecutor’s Office of the Krasnodar Territory reports.
