The Prosecutor’s office of the Ipatovsky district conducted an inspection of publications in the media about the flooding of several apartments associated with improper roof condition.

“It was established that the contractors, in the absence of control from the regional capital repair fund and the organization carrying out technical supervision, improperly and untimely carried out work on repairing the roof in nine apartment buildings in the city of Ipatovo,” the supervisory authority said.

The heads of construction firms, the organization that carries out construction control over the progress of work, as well as the non-profit organization of the Stavropol Territory “Fund for capital repair of common property of apartment buildings” were sent ideas about eliminating violations and restoring the rights of residents of the city of Ipatovo.
