On the highway Barnaul — Novosibirsk there was a fatal head-on accident
In the evening of October 4 on the highway Barnaul — Novosibirsk there was a severe head-on accident, which claimed the lives of two people.
According to the regional department, the accident occurred at 21:10 on the 95th kilometer of the road R-256 "Chuisky tract" in the Cherepanovsky district.
It was previously established that a 38-year-old woman, driving a Lada Kalina car, was traveling from Barnaul to Novosibirsk. At one point, the driver went overtaking and collided with an oncoming Audi Q 7 car driven by a 51-year-old man.
As a result of the accident, the driver and passenger of Lada died on the spot. The driver of the Audi was injured.
At the scene are employees of the traffic police and the investigative team, the circumstances of the incident are established. Reverse traffic was temporarily organized on the section of the road.
