At the station of Penza detained a foreigner-illegal

In Penza, transport police officers brought to justice a violator of migration rules. The man was detained at the railway station Penza-1.

During Operation Illegal-2026, patrol officers identified a 36-year-old foreigner without permits. It turned out that in March last year he came to Russia as a tourist, but did not leave the country within 90 days. He has been here illegally since June 2025.

For evasion of departure, protocols were drawn up under Part 1.1 of Article 18.8 and Part 1 of Article 18.11 of the Administrative Code of the Russian Federation. These articles provide for fines of up to 5000 and 4000 rubles with administrative expulsion.

As a result, a citizen of the near abroad was fined 4000 rubles and expelled. Now he is placed in a special center.
