The Vitebsk district department of the Investigative Committee established the circumstances of illegal trafficking in particularly dangerous psychotropic substances. This was reported in the UK, writes sb.by.

According to the investigation, in June this year, a 41-year-old resident of Orsha began working for an online store specializing in the sale of drugs and psychotropics. One day, the accused purchased at least 82 grams of the prohibited substance and arrived in her father’s car in the Vitebsk district to equip the caches. In the car with her was a 15-year-old son, who did not know about the criminal part-time job of his mother.
After the defendant disintegrated part of the party in the forest, she was detained by police officers. In her mobile phone, law enforcement officers found correspondence with the curator and geographical coordinates of the bookmarks. Of these caches, operatives seized 71 bundles with psychotropic, another bundle was found in the cabin of the car. In total, the defendant managed to perform three tasks of the curator and during the fourth was detained.
According to the expert opinion, in the bundles there was a particularly dangerous psychotropic substance - para-methylephedron (mephedrone).
The woman explained her act by a difficult financial situation. According to the results of the investigation, a resident of Orsha was charged under Part 3 of Art. 328 (illegal acquisition, storage and transportation of especially dangerous psychotropic substances in large quantities, committed by a group of persons) of the Criminal Code. With the sanction of the prosecutor, a preventive measure in the form of detention was applied to her.
The sanction of the article provides for a penalty of imprisonment for a term of 6 to 15 years with or without a fine.
