Residents of Rostov-on-Don reported a new series of loud noises on the night of October 10. At about 2:30, there was a rumble in the sky above the city.
Witnesses said at least three claps were heard. The unusual sounds were noticed by residents of the central and western parts of the Don capital.
Earlier in the Rostov region declared a regime of unmanned danger. The head of Rostov Alexander Scriabin also reported on the work of air defense in the city.
