The magistrate of the judicial precinct No. 11 of the Bogoroditsky judicial district of the Tula region considered the case of an administrative offense against a resident of the village Kurkino Gerasimov R.I. The man was accused under part 1 of Article 6.9 of the Administrative Code of the Russian Federation for failure to comply with the legal requirement of an authorized official to undergo a medical examination for intoxication.

He did not appear at the court hearing, sending a petition to consider the case in his absence, and fully agreed with the protocol.
By the decision of the magistrate of September 15, 2026, Gerasimov R.I. was found guilty. He was sentenced to an administrative fine of 4 thousand rubles.
