Two new attractions installed in the Lipetsk shopping and entertainment center "Armada" are not allowed to state registration.
Inspectors of the state technical supervision of the Lipetsk region, who went to the site, recorded the inconsistency of the site and auxiliary zones with safety requirements. This was reported in the regional inspection of the state technical supervision.
The inspection showed that before the facilities can receive visitors, operators will have to eliminate the identified shortcomings. Only then can they reapply for registration. The department emphasized that admission to operation is possible only after the state registration, and the work of unregistered attractions is prohibited.
We are talking about one of the most visited entertainment facilities in Lipetsk. The Armada shopping center receives thousands of citizens and guests of the region every day, and the appearance of new attractions here was announced as an expansion of the family recreation area. However, the installation of equipment, as it turned out, was not accompanied by bringing the site into compliance with regulatory requirements.
State registration of attractions is not a formality, but a prerequisite for admission to operation. The procedure involves checking the technical condition of the structure, the safety of landing and disembarkation zones, as well as the compliance of the auxiliary infrastructure with the established standards. It was at this stage that violations in the Armada were revealed.
Operators will have to quickly eliminate the shortcomings and go through the procedure again. Until then, the attractions will remain inaccessible to visitors. Gostechnadzor reminded: ignoring the requirements of registration entails a ban on operation, and the control over compliance with the rules, the department continues to keep on a special account.
The situation is indicative: even in popular entertainment centers, the safety of visitors remains a priority, and supervisory authorities make no exceptions for large facilities.
