Sentenced to a man who killed a drinking partner in the Nod

In the Nodal court sentenced 57-year-old local resident Igor Spiridonov. He was found guilty of murder under part 1 of article 105 of the criminal code of the Russian Federation, told “MK in Tula” in the Prosecutor’s office of the Tula region. The state prosecution was supported by the Deputy Prosecutor of the region Oleg Tsygankov.

The tragedy occurred on the evening of August 7, 2026 in an apartment on October Street. The owner drank alcohol with a casual acquaintance, during a feast between them a quarrel broke out - the guest insulted the man.

In response, he hit him with a kitchen knife in the chest, 61-year-old victim died on the spot.

Taking into account the position of the prosecutor, the court appointed the defendant 12 years of imprisonment in a special regime correctional colony.

Earlier, “MK in Tula” reported that in Shchekino completed the investigation of the case against a 48-year-old local resident accused of killing a friend, materials with the indictment sent to court. According to the UK, on August 7, 2026, near a private house, a drunken woman during the conflict stabbed a friend in the chest with a knife.
