The lack of heating in the Yaroslavl municipal district was interested in the head of the TFR

The Chairman of the Investigative Committee of Russia instructed to report on the progress of the inspection on the appeal for violation of the rights of citizens in the Yaroslavl region. We are talking about the village of Red Weavers, in which the heating was not turned on.

Residents of the village directly appealed to the reception of the head of the TFR through social networks. Residents said the heating situation was critical. A third of October passed, and there is no heat in the houses.

“According to local residents, measures to prepare the village for the heating season were practically not carried out, and measures to promptly eliminate violations are not taken,” the TFR said

“Of particular concern is the situation of the three houses, which are now completely without heating pipes: the old ones have been cut off, and the timing of the installation of new ones is not reported. People wonder: if other houses already have pipes and connections, why not at least connect them? At the same time, another important question remains open: what happens to the launch of a new boiler house and the issuance of permits for its commissioning?, residents of Red Weavers describe the situation on social networks.

In the absence of heating by the investigative bodies of the Investigative Committee of Russia in the Yaroslavl region, a procedural check was organized under Art. 293 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation (negligence).

In the regional Vodokanal, the situation is viewed calmly. This year, a new boiler house has been installed in the village at the expense of the regional budget, which will run on gas fuel. But not yet connected. The management of the Yaroslavl Regional Water Canal planned a technical connection in the beginning of the third week of October. The documents for technical connection are finally ready. The boiler room is modern, automatic. Too bad it's not working yet.
