Boy and girl were in an accident on the “Scandinavia”: he died, she was seriously injured

The press service of the regional department of the Ministry of Emergency Situations reported a fatal accident in the Vyborg district. It happened on the night of November 8 at the 56th kilometer of the Scandinavian highway.
