Before the court of the Tver region will appear 51-year-old resident of Kesovaya Gora, accused under part 1 of article 151.2 of the criminal code. Details of the case are reported by the SK and the Prosecutor’s Office.

In April 2024, the man bought his son born in 2009 motorcycle Motoland, which develops a speed of more than 50 km / h and requires a driver's license category "A". The father allowed his child to ride on public roads without a license. In April 2025, a teenager, violating traffic rules, collided with a car, as a result of which he received injuries that are regarded as harm to health of moderate severity.

The criminal case was sent to the court for consideration on the merits.
