According to Olga Vradiy, senior assistant to the head of the GSU of the TFR in the Moscow region, the case was initiated under Article 109 part 3 of the Criminal Code (“causing death by negligence to two persons”). The preliminary cause of the fire is a short circuit and a malfunction of the power grid. Recall that the fire occurred on the morning of October 4 in the SNT "Stancoagregat".
