In the Shchekin district, a man was sent into custody on charges of robbery with the use of a knife. According to investigators, in a state of alcoholic intoxication, he hit the woman on the head and hands at least 10 times to take her bag with gold jewelry, phone and money, told “MK in Tula” in the joint press service of the courts and the local police.
According to the investigation, the attack occurred on October 6, 2026 in the village of Karamyshevo. Between 12:30 and 14:00 the accused was there with the victim. The man armed himself with a knife and used it as a weapon, then attacked the woman and stole her bag.
Inside were gold earrings, a mobile phone, about 1.8 thousand rubles and other things. As a result of the attack, the woman received injuries that caused slight harm to her health. She also suffered property damage.
The Shchekinsky Interdistrict Court considered the investigator’s request and decided to remand the accused in custody for two months. The court took into account the gravity of the crime, the possible punishment of up to 10 years in prison and information about the identity of the man. Now he is accused under part 2 of article 162 of the criminal code of the Russian Federation - robbery with the use of weapons.
The decision was made on October 9, however, it has not yet entered into force and can be appealed.

The incident occurred on the evening of March 28, 2026 in the yard of an apartment building on Gornaya Street in Alexin. The man drank alcohol with a friend, between them there was a conflict. During the argument, the defendant took out a hammer from his jacket pocket and struck them on the head of the 38-year-old victim at least three times.
