Near Tuapse began to demolish the property, decorated on family members of ex-judge Khakhaleva

In the Tuapse district of the Krasnodar Territory began to demolish unauthorized built cottages in the massif "Petrel". The bailiffs began to execute the court decisions that entered into legal force, reports “KP-Kuban”.

The proceedings concern 65 land plots and 54 property owners. According to the prosecutor's office, since 1988 the coastal area has the status of a specially protected natural zone, where individual housing construction is prohibited.

At the same time, in the 2000s, municipal officials transferred plots for development, colleagues noted. Among the objects subject to demolition, there is a luxury property decorated on the family of former judge Elena Khakhaleva.

The owners of the cottages tried to challenge the court decisions, but appeals were rejected. Allocation of plots for construction was declared illegal. Heavy equipment has already arrived at the place of work.

Earlier in the Krasnodar Territory, the property of ex-judge Khakhaleva was seized as a state income.
