The State Traffic Inspectorate of the Tula region reported an accident involving a minor motorcyclist on the Golden Ring road. The incident occurred on November 5 at about 17:45 at the 697th kilometer in the Leninsky district of Tula.
The 41-year-old man driving the Chevrolet Niva, according to preliminary data, drove off a secondary road and did not give up the advantage of the BSE motorcycle, which was driven by a 14-year-old teenager.
As a result of the collision, the young motorcyclist suffered various injuries. He was taken to a medical facility. At the time of the accident, the teenager was without motorcycle equipment.
The State Traffic Inspectorate of the Tula region urges parents to strictly control and suppress attempts of children and adolescents to drive independently, as well as to exclude access to the keys of cars, mopeds and motorcycles for them.
