Under Tula Muscovite was put on trial for stabbing a partner

A resident of Moscow was in the dock after a quarrel with a partner in the Tula region. The indictment against the 30-year-old woman was approved by the prosecutor’s office of Zaoksky district, the supervisory authority told MK in Tula.

According to investigators, everything happened on June 20, 2026 in one of the houses in the village of Nenashevo.

During a conflict with a 35-year-old roommate, a woman stabbed him three times with a kitchen knife in the back.

She is charged with paragraph "h" of part 2 of Article 111 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation - intentional infliction of serious harm to health, dangerous to life, with the use of an object as a weapon.

The criminal case was sent to the Alexinsky Interdistrict Court of the Tula region for consideration on the merits.

Earlier, “MK in Tula” reported that in the Shchekin district sent into custody a man accused of robbery with a knife. According to investigators, on October 6 in the village of Karamyshevo, he in a drunken state at least 10 times hit the woman on the head and hands to pick up a bag with jewelry, phone and money.
