Moscow SK opened a case in connection with infection of children

Investigative bodies of the SSU TFR in the Moscow region opened a criminal case on the fact of infection of children with rotovirus infection in a rehabilitation center in Balashikha near Moscow.

According to Olga Vradiy, senior assistant to the head of the GSU of the TFR in the Moscow region, a criminal case was initiated under Article 236 part 1 of the Criminal Code (“Violation of sanitary and epidemiological rules”). Interrogations are carried out, all necessary documentation is requested, an inspection of the scene with the participation of Rospotrebnadzor employees is planned.
