The teenager died in a health camp in Sochi

The head of the Investigative Committee Alexander Bastrykin instructed to submit a report on the investigation of the death of a 15-year-old teenager in a health camp in Sochi. This was reported by the telegram channel of the department.

The criminal case is being investigated under Article 109 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation (causing death by negligence). The victim is a resident of the Murmansk region.

The mother of the deceased told the media that the camp staff did not provide timely medical care when his son became ill. Parents also disagree with the investigation.

Bastrykin instructed the acting head of the Investigative Directorate of the Investigative Committee for the Krasnodar Territory Alexei Nikhayev to report on the progress of the investigation, the established circumstances and the arguments of the publication.
