Teen caught driving twice overnight without a license

In the garage sector of the eastern part of Kanash, employees of the traffic police of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia “Kanashsky” stopped the VAZ-2106 car. The driver of the vehicle was a local resident of 16 years old who did not have a driving license. In respect of him, administrative material was drawn up under part 1 of Article 12.7 of the Administrative Code of the Russian Federation.

After 4 hours, another crew of road patrol service on Kanashskaya Street again stopped the same teenager, the press service of the State Traffic Inspectorate of Chuvashia reported. This time, the minor was driving a VAZ-2107 car. In addition to the lack of rights, the young man showed signs of alcohol intoxication.

The young man refused to undergo a medical examination, in connection with which a protocol was drawn up against him under part 2 of Article 12.26 of the Administrative Code of the Russian Federation. In one night, the teenager became involved in two administrative proceedings related to driving vehicles.

At the moment, a package of documents has been collected to bring the parents of a minor to justice under Article 5.35 of the Administrative Code of the Russian Federation, which provides for punishment for improper performance of duties for the upbringing of children. Both cars – VAZ-2106 and VAZ-2107 – were evacuated to a specialized parking lot.
