Arson neighbor's property for a man turned into a criminal case

In St. Petersburg, police detained a man suspected of deliberately setting fire to someone else’s property in a communal apartment.

The incident was reported by one of the residents. The caller said that on the 4th floor in the common corridor of the communal apartment, his neighbor set fire to things.
