Caught with drugs resident of the Vladimir region heard the verdict

The Suzdal district court convicted a 36-year-old resident of the city of Vladimir.

The defendant entered into a criminal conspiracy with unidentified persons for the contactless sale of prohibited substances. Driven by a selfish purpose, he extracted more than 200 grams of synthetic drugs from the stash.

The defendant transported drugs to his place of residence, there packaged them in small batches. Part left for personal consumption, and some took to the Suzdal district for the organization of "bookmarks".

The criminal activity of the drug dealer was stopped by police officers. A large consignment of drugs (96 packages) was seized from illegal trafficking, as well as a substance intended for personal use found during a house search.

The court sentenced the man to 6 years 6 months in a strict regime colony. The sentence has not entered into force.

Illegal consumption of narcotic drugs, psychotropic substances, their analogues causes harm to health, their illegal trafficking is prohibited and entails liability established by law.
