Fire in SNT killed three people

In the Elizovsky district of the Kamchatka Territory, law enforcement officers opened a criminal case after people died during a fire in a summer house. This was informed by the SU IC of Russia in the Kamchatka Territory in the messenger "Max".

"On this fact, the investigative bodies of the Investigative Committee of the Russian Federation in the Kamchatka Territory opened a criminal case under Part 3 of Article 109 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation (causing death by negligence to two or more persons)," the department said.

The tragedy occurred on the evening of November 7 in the garden non-profit partnership “Orbit”, where a residential cottage caught fire. According to preliminary data, the victims of the fire were a man and two women, another injured man was urgently hospitalized for medical care.

Investigators and criminologists are currently working at the scene to clarify all the circumstances of the incident. The necessary forensic examinations, including medical ones, have been appointed to establish the causes of death and fire and technical expertise to determine the exact source and cause of the fire.
